Privacy Policy

Slinqi is operated by Always Agile Ltd. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you sign in:

• Your name and email address from your Google account

• We use this to identify your account and display your name in the app

When you shorten a URL or generate a tracked QR code:

• The target URL you provided

• The short code assigned to it

• Which account created it

When someone clicks a tracked link:

• The click is recorded from CDN access logs, not from your visitor's browser

• We record: country (derived from IP address), browser type (derived from user agent), and referring website

• We do not record or store the visitor's full IP address or install tracking pixels

• Click data is aggregated into time buckets, not stored as individual records

When you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.

• Stripe collects your billing address during checkout

• We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status

Cookies:

• We use a single authentication cookie (HttpOnly, not accessible to JavaScript) to keep you signed in

• We use Google Analytics (GA4) with consent mode. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept. If you decline, GA4 runs in cookieless mode with no personal data collection.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data

• We don't show ads

• We don't track your visitors with pixels or scripts

• We don't share your data with third parties except Stripe for payment processing and Google for analytics (if you consent)

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored in Google Cloud Platform (europe-west2, London). The database is in a private network with no public internet access.

Your rights

You can:

• Export your link data at any time via the API

• Delete your account by contacting support@slinqi.io

• Withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage

Data retention

• Account data is retained while your account is active

• Click analytics data is retained according to your plan (7 days for free, 12 months for Pro, indefinitely for Branded)

• If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days

Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via the email address on your account.
